We know this is a trying and stressful time for all of us in Canada.  Things are changing almost hourly with government recommendations at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels.

At The Thorne Maisey Bongers Real Estate Group of RE/MAX LifeStyles, we want to offer you stability and comfort knowing your real estate needs are still being met in a safe and responsible manner.  We continue to offer Full Service Real Estate Experience for both our Listings and Buying Clients, accurate home estimates, and timely, valuable real estate news — especially important at this time.

Rest assured, while we remain open for business, we are taking all necessary precautions as recommended by the various health agencies and government.  

• Our team is limiting contact with the general public and will use alternative means of communication whenever possible such as texts, phone calls, and emails, and video conferencing (such as Zoom)

• We have postponing of all open houses immediately until a future date where it’s deemed safe

• Should one of Team members become or feel unwell we will self-isolate and not interact with the public. That’s why we are a TEAM; we have the ability to continue to assist our clients. You are never left hanging, there is always someone here to assist you.

• Information around hand washing and sanitizing has been circulated with our clients and we are strongly encouraging them to follow all guidelines as outlined by public health officials to help keep themselves protected

• All Thorne Maisey Bongers Real Estate Group Listings have protocols in place in regards to the general public viewing the listed properties; Masks & Gloves must be worn at all showings, limited touching within the home only by the Buyers agents, COVID Health declaration form to be completed and kept on file as well as ‘Roots and Wings Distillery’ Hand Sanitizer to be used prior to entering any of our listed properties.

• The Thorne Maisey Bongers Real Estate Group is committed to using technology to help safely deliver the best service possible. This includes virtual tours of the home, floor plans, video tours and digital presentations.

To those who are already working with our team buying or selling a home, our team is here for you and if necessary, will make arrangements with you if there are any concerns around illness or potential spread of the virus.
